Testimony of David Allison

Hello, my name is David. I live in the Czech Republic. When I was two years old my dad and mom moved our whole family here. My dad and mom are missionaries to the Czech people. During our second term, our family travelled to the United States of America to visit extended family, friends and the churches that support their work. When I was seven years old we were visiting Suburban Baptist Church. I was in Children's church and it was almost finished when the teacher who was preaching, told us that anyone who was not sure where they would go when they die, heaven or hell should go to the back of the church.

We went into the first to third grade classroom. I prayed from my heart and asked the Lord to save me. When I left the room I was happy, James, Mom, Dad, Donna, Gina and Daniel were also happy that I had gotten saved. I got saved, because I was a sinner and I sinned against God. One verse was Romans 3:23, which says, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Another verse says, 'Behold I stand at the door and knock, if any man, hear my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me.' Revelation 3:20.

I did this wonderful thing on November 30, 2008. This is also a good verse. It says, 'For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.' Romans 10:13. How I know I got saved was I know if you ask God to save you he will. I asked God to save me. And he did. This is my story of how I was saved. Amen
